Producer, recording artist and opera singer, Tania Themmen is in high demand as producer and casting director due to her global experience and talents both on and off camera. Her passion for the entertainment industry and in the promoting of public diplomacy through media and the arts, has afforded her the opportunities to work with award winning producers and directors. Ms. Themmen works closely with Visonairemedia, a company acclaimed for it's many documentaries dealing with world political and religious issues in order to foster better understanding between worlds. Productions Ms. Themmen has worked with can be seen on WEtv, MBC and The Sundance Channel.
Also a seasoned performer, Tania Themmen has sung internationally with orchestras in Italy and China as well as Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Indianapolis, and San Juan Capistrano. She has recorded on the albums of Grammy winner "Evanescene" and "Danzig" and for Emmy winning conductors Roger Neil and Ben Dector. Ms. Themmen's national TV appearances include NBC's "Barklay's bank", WGBH's "Soundings", and The Travel Channel's "Taste of America".
Tania Themmen earned her Bachelors and Masters of Music from Manhattan School of Music as well as studies at Oberlin College and Indiana University.

Objective: To use my unique music, television, recording studio and film talents to produce, cast and develop artistic programs for the entertainment industry.
Career Summary: Goal oriented, highly skilled professional producer with more than 30 years in the entertainment business. Working as a professional singer in the classical arts I performed with large orchestras, chamber musicians, and in recording studios in Italy, China, Los Angeles, New York Indiana, Ohio, Connecticut. The broad experience as a performer prepared me as a casting director of feature Films “Life After Death” and” Black Tulip” as well as the Associate producer on several Reality/Documentary television series. Current position held as Founder and President of start up Opera Jam, Inc, a comprehensive Young artist service company targeting Young Opera singers around the world.

OPERA JAM, a classical music company servicing singers internationally via webinars, master classes, Jam sessions and video/resume exposure on the net. As president of this start up, I arranged and developed Opera Jam to become the only all comprehensive Opera Singer service and promotion center in the world.
Responsibilities Include, Casting, Sales, Marketing, Advising young talent, Web design, Facebook , mangaging singers, webinars, Facebook, booking and finding talent, producing video, webinars and running performance programs.

BLACK TULIP, $2M feature film about a family in Afghanistan after the Russian invasion. Responsible for casting, production and development from script through pre production.

“ON THE ROAD IN AMERICA !!”, a documentary/reality series, Visionairemedia/Layalina Productions. Purchased by MBC and SUNDANCE Channel. Responsible for all aspects of production coordination including website and blog for a four episode one hour series about four Arabs going across America.
